The first phase of Team Melli trainings has been started three days ago in Emirates, and Iran national football team is preparing to face Qatar in World Cup 2014 qualifying round. The next games are very important for the future of Team Melli in 2014 Brazil World Cup.

“Iran should win all remaining matches to qualify for the upcoming FIFA World Cup. I believe that Iranian players have enough potential to make it, but we need extra supports from media and fans.” Karim Ansarifard told reporters. Recently, Iran-based newspapers and news agencies have criticized Carlos Queiroz for his poor performance as the head coach of Iran.

According to the Football Federation of Islamic Republic, Team Melli will hold a friendly match against Oman. “The technical conditions of Oman national football team are same as Qatar. So this match will fully prepare us for upcoming game against Qatar.” Ansarifard added.

Karim also went on to declare his commitment to Team Melli. “I will try to do my best for Team Melli like before.” Karim Ansarifard, the former attacker of Saipa said.
