Andranik Teymourian, the former player of Esteghlal FC, says Blues are capable to win the championship title of Iran Pro League in this season under the management of Amir Ghalenoei.

Ghalenoei re-joined Esteghlal FC at the beginning of this season while Teymourian left the club at the same time. Reports suggest there are problems between Ando and Amir but Teymourian declined these rumors. “I wanted to stay in Esteghlal FC but I received a superb offer from Qatar’s Al-Kharitiyath and moved to Doha. I don’t have any problem with Amir Ghalenoei or the former managers and coaches of the club.”

“As you see I used to play for Amir Ghalenoei in Team Melli and it’s an honor for me to play under his tutelage. But again I must refer to that great offer I received from Al-Kharitiyath. Actually I couldn’t turn it down at that time and I finalized my decision. I’m eager to play for Esteghlal FC and its lovely fans in future if they want me.” said Andranik Teymourian, the former midfielder of Bolton and Fulham.

“I hope Esteghlal win the titles of Iran Pro League and Hazfi cup because they have enough capabilities to achieve these goals. I’m sure that this team can star in AFC Champions League too.” Andranik Teymourian concluded.

A few days ago Andranik Teymourian declined his return to Iran before ending the undergoing season.
